Operation Atul: Bring back Pankit Thakker to DMG

 To the heads of Star One Channel:

We, the undersigned are longtime fans of the DMG show on Star One, and are against the recent departure of actor Pankit Thakker from the cast.  He was an integral part of seasons one and two, and having the show without him is completely unfair to the fans of his character, Atul Joshi.  We have watched him from the first day of the show, and have enjoyed his every episode that has aired.   We would like to request his immediate return to the show, with a decent track with substantial airtime.  Atul's role as a fun-loving but concerned and compassionate doctor was the best thing about season one.  His role opposite Armaan Mallik was one of the best things about the show, which always had a family and positive theme.  In season two, it was Pankit and Pankit alone that made the audience accept the new interns after the departure of the old characters.   He made the transition much easier for us, and having him phased out and then suddenly off the screen without warning or justification was simply not done.   Everyone who signs this petition supports his return to the show in full measure.  We hope you will consider our plea as Mr. Thakker as well as DMG have fans all over the world.  Some of us even pay extra money just to watch this show on cable, and would appreciate if the channel would take our views into consideration.
